Every cap is handcrafted with love, intention, and you unique personality in mind. 

Before submitting your order, please read and agree to the policies below.

1. Custom Work Acknowledgement

By signing, I understand that:

• My cap is handmade and uniquely created based on my selected colors, theme, inspiration photos, and package tier.
• Small variations may occur due to the nature of handcrafted items.
• Once production begins, my design cannot be changed.

2. No Refunds/No Exchanges

Because this is a fully customized product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

By signing, I agree that:

• There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once my order is placed.
• If I made a mistake on my form(wrong color,wrong name spelling,wrong theme), I understand the cap cannot be remade or refunded.
• Rush fees, add-ons, and upgrades are also non-refundable.

3. Turnaround Time Agreement

By signing, I acknowledge that:

• Standard turnaround time is 7-14 business days, not inmcluding weekends or holidays.
• Luxe or heavily embellished caps may require more time.
• Rush Order (48 hours) is available for an additional fee and begins after all design details are confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

I underdtand that:

• KyHealth Collective is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, or weather.
• Tracking numbers will be provided once the order ships.
• I am responsible for provinding the correct address at checkout.

5. Artwork, Themes & Uploads

• Any photos, characters, themes, or references I upload are used strictly as a design inspiration.
• KyHealth Collective may adjust layout, size, or placement to ensure the best quality design.

6. Final Approval

By signing:

• I confirm that all details (spelling, cap color, theme, add-ons) are corect.
• I give KyHealth Collective permission to create my cap based on the information I provided.
