The person for whom you are filling out this job/personal reference form is applying for a position with The Family YMCA’s Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) program. It is a grant-funded summer jobs program in which the job participants perform many types of physical and outdoor labor but mostly trail work.

They maintain existing trails around Los Alamos County (adjusting grading of trails, water diversion, trim back shrubs/branches from trail, etc…) as well as build new trails to add to the Los Alamos County Trail system. It is also a job readiness program through which the participants learn job skills that can be applied in their future jobs/careers.
