Please provide details and your availability for access. For emergencies, refer to the instructions below.
Instructions for Emergencies:
- Water: For leaks from toilets, under sinks, water heaters, or sprinkler systems, try turning off the local valve. If this does not stop the water, turn off the main water valve adjacent to the property. If you are unable to turn off the water, contact DC Water at 202-787-2000, then call Tulip Management.
- Gas: If you smell gas, CALL 911, then call Washington Gas at 703-750-1000. If the pilot light goes out and you cannot relight it, call Tulip Management.
- Electricity: For power outages, contact Pepco at 202-833-7500.
