We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Shovelers to support our clients during winter weather events. Snow Shovelers are responsible for clearing snow and ice to ensure safe access to driveways, walkways, entryways, parking lots, and other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Shovel snow from sidewalks, pathways, stairs, entryways, and other assigned areas
- Spread salt, sand, or ice-melt products as directed
- Operate snow removal tools and equipment (shovels, pushers, snow blowers—if trained)
- Maintain safe working practices in cold and hazardous conditions
- Respond promptly to on-call or short-notice scheduling during snow events
- Work efficiently as part of a crew or independently
- Complete tasks to client quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy weather conditions
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Prior snow removal experience is a plus but not required
