    What the LMS measures:
    The Snapshot highlights the interplay between two essential dimensions of leadership:

    • Leadership Clarity – how well you understand, communicate, and act in your role.
    • Team Culture – how your leadership fosters trust, respect, and collaboration.

    Together, these dimensions map into one of four Leadership Modes: Harmony, Havoc, Breakdown, or Breakthrough. Each Mode reflects how your team is most likely experiencing your leadership right now.
