📌 Booking & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your appointment date and time, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date is not secured until the deposit is paid. The remaining balance is due before the day of service before the appointment begins.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
– Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 6 months before your scheduled appointment or full payment will be due regardless if service is delivered.
– A new deposit will be required to rebook any future services.

Travel Information
– Travel fees apply for all on-location services that are more than 25 miles out of my service radius and will be included in your final quote.
– Please provide accurate address details at the time of booking to ensure punctual arrival and proper travel calculation.

Agreement
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed above.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE CONSENT

 Retains full copyright and ownership of all photos and videos captured before, during, or after the makeup service.
All images and recordings are considered the intellectual property of the Artist.

The client hereby grants the Artist permission to use their likeness— including photos, videos, and audio recordings— for the following purposes:

Social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Advertising and marketing materials
Website and portfolio display
Educational or demonstration purposes
Promotional or commercial use
This permission extends to raw content as well as edited or repurposed material.

By signing this form, the client confirms that they have the legal authority to grant permission for the use of their likeness.
If any additional individuals appear in the captured content, the client agrees that they have obtained consent from those individuals.

The client further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Artist from any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the use of such content.

Consent is voluntary but strongly appreciated.
The client may revoke consent in writing at any time prior to the content being published.
Once content has been posted or used, revocation cannot be applied retroactively.

By signing below, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Photo & Video Release Consent.

CLIENT HEALTH & ALLERGIES

The client agrees to inform the makeup artist (“Artist”) of any and all allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, medical concerns, or past reactions to cosmetic products prior to the start of the service.

The Artist will not be held liable for any reactions, injuries, or complications that may occur due to undisclosed conditions or allergies.

PRODUCT USE & SKIN REACTIONS
 By receiving services, the client understands that all cosmetics, skincare products, adhesives, and tools used are selected based on professional judgment.
The Artist is not responsible for any adverse reactions, breakouts, irritations, or injuries resulting from products used during the service or products applied after the service.

SANITATION & SAFETY
 The Artist maintains strict hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, products, and equipment.
The client acknowledges that despite these precautions, unforeseen reactions or sensitivities may still occur.

CLIENT CONDUCT & ENVIRONMENT
 If services are performed on-location, the client agrees to provide a clean, safe, and stable environment for the Artist to work in.
The Artist is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring due to unsafe conditions at the client’s chosen location.

AGREEMENT

By signing below, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Liability Statement.

I have read and understood this agreement, including the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound to them.
