  WTF Smokeshow Truck Meet will be held on
May 14th-16th,2026.
**NOTE - Thursday, May 14th is camper parking and vendor set up ONLY. Spectators will be granted entry on Friday, May 15th and Saturday, May 16th. 

Thank you for applying to be a vendor for our event. Please be sure to read ALL the rules and requirements. In order to ensure public and vendor safety you will be held to these standards.   

GENERAL INFORMATION:

• Location: Auglaize County Fairgrounds - 1001 Fairview Dr, Wapakoneta, OH 45895
• Set-up Date & Time: Thursday, May 14th - 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
• Event Days: Friday, May 15th & Saturday, May 16th
• Electricity: There are plug ins located in the vendor area. 
• Tents, tables, chairs, power cords, etc. will not be provided by the venue or WTF. 
• Passes: Vendors will be given passes for employees/helpers and non show vehicles upon arrival on Thursday, May 14th. 

RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION;

• All self-contained vehicles (Trailers, self-contained trucks etc.) must be listed on your applications. 

• Trailers MUST be in your space or in the designated trailer area and parked no later than 10:00 P.M. on Thursday. If you arrive after that time it will be at our discretion to allow you entry or to assign you another space so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY. 
  
  
• Please note, various spots along the event route may be on slightly uneven terrain. Street grates, dips, and various non-level ground may be found so please be sure to bring whatever items you may need to stabilize or level your space.  
  
  

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

No: Weapons, Guns, Ammo. No Pets. No drug related items. 

 PLEASE NOTE:

• To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your product or food. 
• Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email and / or text.
• No refunds or cancellations for any reason whatsoever. This is a rain or shine event.
• The spot must be paid no later than 72 hours after acceptance. 
• We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.
• Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.

FINAL NOTE TO ALL VENDORS:

• Vendor parking will be very strictly enforced on event days. 
  
• ALL vendors will maintain polite and courteous manners to all guests, other vendors and event staff.
• Please leave your space as you found it. Throw away any garbage and clean up your area each night and when leaving on Sunday.

• Size is based on size of set up

• *Will need to fill out a contract and show proof of insurance*

 

Bronze Vendor Package ($500)

• 10x20 Booth Area
• 3 Vendor Passes 
• 2 Event Two-Day Passes
• 1 Vehicle Pass

 

Silver Vendor Package ($700)

• 20x40 Booth Area
• 3 Vendor Passes
• 2 Event Two-Day Passes
• 2 Vehicle Passes
• Your logo on Event Shirt

 

Gold VIP Vendor Package ($800) 

• 20x80 Booth Area
• 3 Vendor Passes
• 3 Event Two-Day Passes
• 2 Vehicle Passes
• Your logo on Event Shirt 
• *Note: This package is to sell merchandise and apparel at WTF Smokeshow. No other vendor package includes apparel sales.*
• OPTIONAL: 1 Indoor Show-N-Shine spot reserved. +($100) 

> Please Note: Indoor Show-N-Shine spots are limited and will be listed as first come first serve based on vendor application and approval order. The $100 spot is optional for purchase, as it is not included in the package itself. We understand not all vendors will be bringing show vehicles. 

ALL VENDORS NOTE: If items found in your booth/truck differ substantially from what is listed here, you may be asked to remove your item(s) or leave the event. No refunds will be given. 

FOOD VENDORS NOTE:  Please list all food you are selling. 

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. THERE IS NO RAIN DATE.

We supply the space, you supply the rest. 

Release Statement:

• By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth by WTF Smokeshow Truck Meet and Auglaize County Fairgrounds. 
  
  
• I also understand and agree to the following:  No items are to be sold that were not listed on my application and approved by the WTF Smokeshow Team.  If my booth is at any time deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate for the event audience, I may be asked to cease all sales of that item(s) immediately and/or may not be allowed to return to the event. 
  
  
• There are no illegel substances, guns, weapons or ammo permitted at WTF Smokeshow Truck Meet or Auglaize County Fairgrounds. 
  
  
• We supply the space, you supply the rest. I understand that Auglaize County Fairgrounds and the WTF Smokeshow Team are not required to and will not be supplying me with any equipment needed to run my booth. (Such as tables, chairs, power cords, tents, tent stabalizing supplies, etc.) 

• Augalize County Fairgrounds or the WTF Smokeshow Team are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this event.
  
  
• Any images or videos of my booth that are taken at the WTF Smokeshow Event can and will be used on social media or for promotional purposes.

• My booth will be properly attended for all three days of the event and my booth area will be kept clean and safe.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather or events that adversely affects the event in any way.  This is a rain or shine event.

The WTF Smokeshow Team reserves the right to reject any application.
