Craft & Direct Sales Vendors: $50.00

Registration & Payment Deadline:

July 1, 2026

Spaces are reserved in the order that craft/vendor form and payment is received.

It is your responsibility to provide any necessary 10x10 tent, table(s), chairs, waste receptacles, generator power and lighting for your booth.  There are a limited number of tables available for rent at $15 each; available on a fire come, first served basis.

Payment can be made via PayPal/Credit Card below or Check/Money Order
(There is a 3% surcharge for PayPal payments)

Please note there will will be no refunds and all payments submitted will be considered a donation to the Stonewood Vol Fire Department.

VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Keep for your records

• Crafters/Food Vendors must be set up and ready to sell 30 minutes prior to opening. 
• No one to tear down or leave until after the published closing time and crowd has left the area. Safety first. See above schedule for closing times.
• Each crafter/vendor is responsible to keep their vendor space clean and neat at all times. Trash cans will be available on the grounds.
• Only family friendly crafts/vendors
• Stonewood VFD is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items
• Stonewood VFD is not responsible for accidents or injuries
