DICHIARAZIONE
Chiedo di essere ammesso all'associazione in qualità di socio ordinario. Dichiaro di aver preso visione dello Statuto di Associazione Porte Rosse, di accettarlo in tutte le sue parti e di appoggiarne gli scopi sociali, di essere in possesso dei requisiti per essere membro dell'Associazione e di versare la quota associativa relativa all'anno solare in corso.

DECLARATION
I ask to be admitted in the association as an ordinary member. I declare that I have read the Rules of the Association Porte Rosse, that I accept them in their entirety and that I support their social aims, that I meet the requirements for membership in the Association, and that I pay the membership fee for the current calendar year.

Autorizzo il trattamento dei miei dati personali per le finalità oggetto dell’informativa sulla privacy, ai sensi dell’art. 13 Decreto Legislativo 30 giugno 2003 e n. 196 (Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali) e dell’art. 13 del Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation- Regolamento UE 2016/679). In qualsiasi momento il socio potrà chiedere la visione, la cancellazione, l'integrazione, la rettifica dei dati forniti.

At any time, the member may request to view, delete, supplement or rectify the data provided.
