I hope this message finds you well. As a dedicated advocate for the LiveWire brand and a leader in our owner community, I’m reaching out with a shared commitment to the quality and longevity of these fantastic motorcycles we all love.
Over the past few years, as some of our earlier-generation LiveWire bikes have aged particularly in hotter, more humid climates we’ve encountered a known and ongoing issue with the instrument clusters. These clusters are becoming compromised over time, and it has become increasingly difficult for owners to find replacement parts or suitable alternatives to keep their bikes in proper working order.
We have compiled a list of owners, riders of the HD LiveWire ELW that are currently affected, this includes photos and descriptions of the issue that they are facing. This list is available upon request.
We truly understand the complexities involved in long-term parts support, and our aim is to approach this in a spirit of collaboration. We’ve seen that in some regions, alternative solutions have been offered, and we hope to find a similar path here in the U.S. by sharing our collective experiences and the needs of our community.
