A USTA League Team Confirmation & Agreement form is required for all USTA League teams. Captains need to complete the required information listed below and sign the form. Without a complete signed form the team will not be included in the match schedule.
DEADLINE to confirm your team by submitting your completed form is Friday, February 6.
Please do not apply for a Team Number unless you are confident you have the minimum number of players committed to playing on your team. If you need help finding more players, contact your your club's Tennis Director and Amanda at ajordan@pnw.usta.com
Must have facilty approval. As this is a multi-week league (and the captains will be scheduling the matches) you must notify your Court Scheduling Department that you will need courts for home matches.
IMPORTANT DATES
- February 13: teams must have minimum required players rostered: Levels 2.5 & 5.0/5 players; all other levels/8 players
- February 6-20: Captains schedule matches
- February 20-25: Schedule Published in Tennislink
- March 6 - June 14: League Season
- August 7-9: Sectionals - Greater Portland Area
A team number will be sent to the Team Captain within 5 business days.
