To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, passengers agree to the following:

I will be ready and on time for my scheduled pickup.
I will wear my seatbelt for the entire ride.
I will not smoke or vape in the vehicle.
I will not eat or drink in the vehicle unless medically necessary.
I may bring one support person if space is available.
I will only bring items necessary for my appointment or medical needs.
I will treat all drivers and volunteers with courtesy and respect.
