New vendors are required to pay their first date upon approval. Future weeks are due each Monday of market. We do this to avoid no shows and to cultivate consistent and dedicated vendors.

- I understand that I am choosing to participate in the 2026 Arboretum Food and Artisan Market at my own risk and hereby release The Arboretum Food and Artisan Market, owner Jennifer Childress, Penny V Productions LLC, or AP Arboretum LP from any liability arising from this event or the use of AP Arboretum LP premises for those purposes. I further agree to hold the above parties harmless from any accident, incident, injury, death or damage arising from my use of AP Arboretum LP premises during an event. Such indemnity adhere to the rules and regulations included in this application as well as the rules and regulations outlined on the North Austin Food and Artisan Market website.
- In the event that my tent or any part my of booth causes damage elsewhere, I will be responsible for those damages. I understand parking is available at the designated vendor parking only. Parking information will be provided prior to market.
- The vendor understands there are NO REFUNDS. Once their participation date or dates are confirmed and payment is processed they are immutable. ***If the Arboretum Food and Artisan Market cancels due to weather, and the vendor has made a payment, they will move that payment to the next week the vendor is scheduled or credit them for a future market.
Minimum Booth Requirements
- 10x10 Straight Leg Tent and Canopy
- Signage indicating what is being sold
- 40lbs of weight per tent leg
- We do not have electricity. Quiet Generators only. Please email us if you will be bringing one.
Vendors that do not bring these items will not be allowed to set up.
