  • Please consider becoming a Sponsor or Vendor for the 2026 MLK Celebration Weekend, supported by the NAACP Central Brevard and the Community Collaboration Network. Your contribution will help fund meaningful activities throughout the weekend, allowing community members to attend at little to no cost. Together, we can honor Dr. King’s legacy by creating an accessible, inspiring celebration for all.

    Vendor Booth Terms & Agreement
    I hereby give my consent and approval for my organization/business to participate in this event. I understand and acknowledge that participation is voluntary. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to this activity and agree to release, absolve, and hold harmless NAACP Central Brevard, the event organizers, and all sponsors from any and all liability. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property. In the event of any injury, illness, or loss, I waive all claims against the organizers, sponsors, or any supervisors appointed for the event.

    Payment Information
    Payments for vendor registration may be made payable to NAACP Central Brevard by check or money order. An email confirmation will be sent once both your application and payment have been received and approved.

    Vendor Responsibilities
    Vendors must provide their own table and chairs.
    All tables must be covered with an appropriate table cover.
    Vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booth in a neat, safe, and professional manner throughout the event.
    By submitting this application and payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all terms and expectations outlined above.
