A deposit of $500.00 must be paid to reserve and hold the above puppy. Deposits go towards purchase price and will be deducted from total. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
•A deposit will only be refunded in the event of a premature death while in possession of the breeder. Then and only then can a deposit be refunded.
•Deposits are non-transferable to future litters.
-If for whatever reason you do not want or cannot take your puppy, you forfeit your deposit.
-Purchase price is also NON REFUNDABLE. See below for further details to this sale.
BREEDER AGREES:
•Above puppy has been found to be in good health by a licensed veterinarian with proof of documentation.
•Above puppy is up to date on its immunizations and dewormer.
•At the time of sale, this dog/puppy is considered and being sold as “pet quality”. Alison Delacruz/Earl Gray; the breeder, offers no guarantee that disqualifying faults will not arise at a later date which would make this puppy unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding.
•48 Hour Health Guarantee: (1 year replacement guarantee)
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery. For the protection of the purchaser and seller, the puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of pickup (excluding weekends and Holidays). If the puppy is found to be in unacceptable health, a written statement from the veterinarian with diagnosis should be forwarded to the seller, and the puppy should be returned to us within 48 hours of vet visit (at buyer's expense) for a replacement puppy, provided that the puppy has not been injured or neglected. The seller reserves the right to a second opinion by a licensed veterinarian at their own expense. If the Buyer does NOT have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours from the date of purchase, this warranty becomes null and VOID.
* All deposits and payments towards puppy are NON-REFUNDABLE. We DO NOT refund money. We replace the dog/puppy with one of equal value from the same litter if available, or the next litter ONLY if our veterinarian is in agreement with the diagnosis of your veterinarian. If the dog/puppy was not examined by a licensed veterinarian, no guarantee is given.
BUYER AGREES:
•To have above puppy vet checked within 48 hours of pickup.
•All vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
•Buyer understands puppy could live 10+ years and weigh 15+ Ibs at maturity.
•Puppy must be paid in full before or at time of pick up.
•Puppy to be of sound temperament that is; to be neither so shy nor vicious as to render the dog an unfit companion. This guarantee of temperament is effective only until the dog reaches one year of age and is contingent upon reasonable proof that an defect in temperament is not the result of lack of proper care, socialization and training on the part of the buyer.
•At no time, whatsoever will seller be held responsible for defects, conditions or injuries caused by buyer’s negligence, abuse, improper nutrition or mishandling.
•Both parties have obtained copies of puppy sales agreement and deposit agreement.
Delivery/Pick Up:
•Personal delivery of puppy is available at buyers expense. If puppy is delivered by us, the cost of delivery is the cost of flight, puppy carry on charge. (Prices vary per airline), and veterinarian certificate to fly. Buyers are also welcome to meet a member of our team in Indianapolis, IN to pickup their puppy.
•Buyers will pick up their puppy by 8 weeks of age. There will be a boarding fee of $50.00 per week if buyer is not able to pick up puppy by eight weeks of age. If puppy is not picked up by 10 weeks of age and pick up/delivery arrangements have not been made nor contact, the buyer then forfeit's the puppy and any deposits and payments made on the puppy.
