  • This application in no way implies or guarantees that a space will be offered to you.  All applications are subject to review and approval.  An agreement will be sent to all successful applicants.  Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified by email.

    Financial Terms:  A minimum rent of $750.00, per concession, will be charged or 25% of your gross sales, which ever is greater.

    A deposit of $750 will be required to secure your spot once you have been notified that you have been selected to participate.  GST included.  NO REFUNDS if concessionaire is non-compliant with Cloverdale Rodeo, City of Surrey, Surrey Fire Department or the Fraser Health Authority.  Vendors will be required to provide proof of $5 Million in liability insurance.
