The service report applies to the registration of consumer claims under the 19/2014 (IV.29.) NGM Decree (hereinafter: “NGM Decree”) regarding warranty and guarantee claims for goods sold under a contract between a consumer and a business, as well as claims made under other legal grounds.

Warranty and Replacement
The warranty period or guarantee for the part of the product repaired or replaced will restart. Apple requires its authorized service providers to return all defective components and replace them with parts provided at the stated prices. Therefore, removed parts cannot be returned upon later request. If you wish to keep a removed part, please indicate this in writing on this receipt, as the cost and price will be significantly higher than for returned components.
By signing this report, the consumer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of handling the reported warranty, guarantee, or product claim. The consumer acknowledges that, in order to process the claim, personal data recorded in this report may need to be transmitted, including internationally, and consents to such transfer. All personal data (full name, address) and diagnostic results may be forwarded to Apple Distribution International (Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland) for the purpose of repair or replacement.
Consumer Warranty Rights
Warranty claim: a claim by a consumer under a contract between a consumer and a business for a defect in a sold item.
Consumer: a natural person acting outside the scope of their profession, independent occupation, or business.
If the product was sold under a consumer–business contract and the consumer presents the warranty card provided by the seller, or in its absence, a receipt or invoice confirming payment, the claim can be processed under the consumer warranty provided by Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.). The consumer may enforce repair claims directly at the service center indicated on the warranty card. Other warranty or guarantee claims must be addressed with the seller.
For repair and maintenance services ordered under a consumer–business contract, if the service fee including VAT and materials exceeds HUF 20,000, the service provider is subject to mandatory warranty obligations under Government Decree 249/2004 (VIII.27.).
For products purchased under a consumer–business contract, consumers may enforce statutory warranty claims with the seller within 2 years from the date of purchase. If a consumer requests a replacement due to a defect within 3 working days of purchase (or commissioning), the business is obliged to replace the product if the defect prevents intended use.

Consumer Declarations
By signing this report, the consumer declares under criminal liability that they are the owner of the product or are acting on behalf of the owner.

Rejection or Modification of Claims
If a warranty or guarantee claim is rejected, the reason will be recorded on a separate sheet attached to this report. Any deviation from the requested warranty or guarantee fulfillment will also be documented on a separate attached sheet.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the consumer may initiate proceedings with the conciliation body operating under the County (or Budapest) Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Delivery of Repaired Products
Delivery of repaired products, if requested, will be carried out via GLS parcel service. The delivery fee is according to the GLS rate table and payable by cash on delivery. Maximum delivery fee: HUF 2,490.
Storage and Disposal
Products can be collected within 90 days of repair. Multiple notifications will be sent via SMS or e-mail. Storage is free for the first 30 days; thereafter a fee of HUF 3,000 will apply. After 90 days, iSTYLE reserves the right under Section 6:246 of the Hungarian Civil Code to lawfully sell the product to cover costs. Proceeds from the sale will be accounted for, though costs such as storage, transport, or disposal may be charged to the consumer. In case of necessary destruction of the product, the consumer has no further claims, but remains liable for the associated costs. If unable to collect the product within the given deadline, please notify us immediately, and we will try to find a consumer-friendly solution.
