The Head of Academy or an appointed staff will undertake a full review of the original complaint, the evidence collected by the person who investigated the matter on the complainant's behalf and their initial response. Consultation with all parties will take place to provide the complainant with the Educational Institution's response and any further actions that may need to be taken.

    Stage Three

If any complaints are recorded, the Head of Academy will:- 1. Interview the student and address the problem by consulting the teacher (if the teacher is concerned too) 2. Look into the issue(s) and facts of the case with the student 3. Agree a course of action 4. Feedback to the Student regarding what action (if any) has been taken.
