Moving the Car INTO the Building

Your Move In Day and Time will be assigned to you based on the position your vehicle will be parked in on the showfloor. Load In Requirements demand the building be filled in a specific order.

Due to space and logistical concerns in our trailer parking areas

MCACN is not responsible to offer secured parking for truck/trailer or show vehicle prior to your assigned move in day.

If you reserve a hotel room prior to your ASSIGNED move in day, you are responsible to secure parking and secure your rig until your assigned move in day.

Cars may not display For Sale Signs Unless Registered/Paid as such.

No Commercial Banners/ Flyers may be displayed /dispersed with car unless registration as Commercial Vendor has been paid and accepted. Commercial Vendors must be approved by managment.

** In the interest of presenting a fresh show each year, applications for cars that participated in previous MCACN Show/s will be held for acceptance based on available space after October 30, 2025. Cars that have never participated in the MCACN Show will be given priority consideration.

***In the interest of presenting a show focused on 60's and 70's Muscle, quotas will be set on late model vehicles by make and model

Concours Judging Many Classes - ALL Concours judging will close on September 15 if not already sold out- Classes will be limited in quantity due to availability of qualified judges. Vehicles are judged on a 1,000 point scale with deductions taken for any deviations from how the vehicle left the assembly line. Cars with Replacement and questionable VINS will not be judged. Not for clones or tributes. Cars that are suspected to be non-authentic by our judging team will not be judged. A copy of your title may be required to complete your registration. Car and all parts must match VIN. Unrestored Original Cars should consider Vintage Certification . Nickey, Gibb, Yenko, Baldwin Motion etc) Vehicles are judged on a 1,000 point scale with no deductions taken for period correct accessories and modifications and wheel and/or tire modifications. Note; deviations from stock must be deemed "period correct." VIN MUST MATCH VEHICLE, Cars with replacement VINs will not be judged.. Applicants must first provide proof of achieving Bloomington Gold or Bloomington Survivor and NCRS Top Flight or NCRS 4 or 5 Star Bowtie status within the past five years. Full vehicle identification number must also be provided with registration along with certificates. Non OEM Engines take a 20 point deduction out of the gate, discuss Certification with Bill Braun if you have a Non OEM Engine. (Includes Concours Judging. Barn Find EntryThis is for an entry into our "Barn Find/Hidden Gems" Special Display Area. A Barn Find: This very special section is reserved for the "off the radar" finds that may or may not be shiny. Some come out of a field while some have been packed away in a Barn or Garage for years. This is not for stalled project cars, but for the rare and unusual. And every one of them has a story to tell. A Hidden Gem is a rare Muscle Car or Corvette that has been lost in time. Many times these are cars that have been packed away with the hope of someday bringing them back out. Again, every one of them has a story.

Pinnacle Judging (Requires SAAC and MCA Gold and approval from Bob Perkins as Pre-requisites)Reserved for the absolute best of the best in the Shelby and Ford Mustang world. All applicants must first earn MCA (Mustang Club of America) Gold status and SAAC (Shelby American Automobile Club) gold status. This intense judging process is done by certified Shelby and Mustang authorities, led by Bob Perkins and Rick Campbell. Cars will be inspected inside, outside and underneath on a lift with all numbers and date codes inspected and verified. Certifications may be awarded in several levels

Vintage Certification (Requires Vintage Certification Pre-Application as Prerequisite) MUST BE PRE- APPROVED BY STEVE SHAUGER Vintage Legend focuses on the unrestored vehicle, and includes American brands. This program provides status, recognition, provenance and appreciation to unrestored vehicles. The certification team provides each owner with a detailed listing of our findings in a comprehensive report. Our goal is to uncover new information, share it with you and act as a repository for factory standards and processes.

Legends CamaroThe Legends Concours Class is the premier judging program for 67-81 Restored Camaros. Internationally recognized, the Legends Class sets the bar for “assembly-line correct” restorations, using an objective 5,000 point scale with bonus points available for specific NOS items and original documentation. All Legends entries must be pre-qualified, either through the Bowtie Class, MCACN Concours (scoring 975 & above) or by having a current Legends judge personally evaluate and accept the car. Awards are tiered from Bronze to Platinum In order to place, cars must achieve a minimum score of 83.0%, (4,150 points):
