Rental Property Rules & Terms For Beach House
1. For both rental properties, per daily rentals: Check in 10AM - Check out 10AM
2. No Smoking in-doors
3. Golden Bay (Bahia Dorada) Rule: No Pets allowed outside the property by HOA
4. Golden Bay (Bahia Dorada) Rule: Up to (5) Visitors only + 3 children, rules set by HOA
5. Drugs are strictly prohibited
6. No loud music after 10PM that might disturb surrounding neighbors
7. Apartment has only 2 roofed-resvered parking spaces, guests have their
  own parking space for multiple vehicles.
I understand that the owner requires a security deposit which should be paid on the booking or reservation date or (7) days before the start date of the rental agreement. The security deposit will not be applied as a portion of the rental charge.

The security deposit may only be refunded (5) days after the last day of the contract given that there's no physical damage, or missing items to property and violation of the rental agreement. A separate legal contractual agreement will be provided for legal reasons on long term rentals.

By signing this form, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner for any damage, costs, expenses, or liabilities during the occupancy of the rental property.
