DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date
• This deposit will be applied to your total package price
• Deposit must be paid within 48 hours to hold your booking
• The balance must be paid one week (7 Days) prior to your Event Date

CANCELLATION TERMS:

• More than 7 days before session: 50% of total package will be refunded
• Less than 7 days before session: 0% of total package will be refunded

RESCHEDULING:

• One free reschedule with 15 days notice
• Additional reschedules: $100 fee
• Weather-related reschedules for outdoor sessions: no fee
• Act of God Rescedules: No Fee
• Severe Weather Events: Hurricanes, tornadoes, blizzards, floods, and ice storms that make travel unsafe or physically ruin the intended shoot location. 
• Natural Disasters: Earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, and wildfires.
  Widespread Environmental Hazards: Extreme, unpredicted air quality issues (e.g., heavy smoke from wildfires) or localized events like landslides that block access to public parks or venues.
  Pandemics and Quarantines: Severe, legally mandated public health emergencies that restrict movement or group gatherings.
• Standard rain or extreme heat is typically not considered an Act of God unless it escalates into a state-of-emergency weather event. 

PAYMENT TERMS

- 50% deposit due upon signing this agreement (within 48 hours)
- Remaining 50% balance due 7 days before your session/event
- Late payments subject to $50 fee per week after due date

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

DELIVERY TIMELINE:
- Portrait/Family/Engagement: 2-3 weeks
- Weddings: 6-8 weeks
- Events: 1-2 weeks
- Rush delivery available (+$250 for 1-week delivery)

YOUR IMAGES:
- Professionally edited high-resolution digital files
- Delivered via private online gallery
- Gallery active for 90 days (download your images!)
- Personal print release for personal use included
- Number of images based on your selected package

NOT INCLUDED:
- RAW/unedited files (these are incomplete working files)
- Images that don't meet our professional quality standards
- Copyright ownership (remains with photographer)

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS

PHOTOGRAPHER RETAINS: Full copyright ownership of all images

✅ YOU MAY:
- Print images for personal use at any lab
- Share on social media for personal purposes
- Order prints, canvases, albums for personal use
- Give prints as gifts to family and friends

❌ YOU MAY NOT:
- Use images for commercial purposes without written permission
- Sell, license, or profit from the images
- Remove watermarks, signatures, or copyright information
- Alter images significantly (cropping is OK)
- Enter images in contests as your own work

📸 PHOTOGRAPHER'S USAGE RIGHTS:
ITTSME Photography may use your images for:
- Portfolio and website display
- Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook)
- Promotional materials and advertisements
- Publications, blogs, and contests
- Educational purposes

🔒 PRIVACY OPTION:
If you prefer to restrict our use of your images for marketing
purposes, check the second box below. We'll contact you to discuss.

MODEL RELEASE & PERMISSION

By signing this agreement, you grant ITTSME Photography permission
to photograph you and use photographs containing your likeness for:

- Portfolio display on website and in-person
- Social media posts and stories
- Marketing materials (print and digital)
- Publications, blogs, and articles
- Contests and exhibitions

MINORS: For sessions including children under 18, the parent or
legal guardian signing this agreement grants permission on behalf
of the minor(s).

RESPONSIBILITIES & IMPORTANT TERMS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Arrive on time for your scheduled session
✓ Ensure all participants are cooperative and on time
✓ Obtain necessary permissions for private venues/property
✓ Communicate any special requests before the session
✓ Make payments according to the schedule
✓ Download your images within 90 days of delivery

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Arrive on time with professional equipment and backups
✓ Provide professional, courteous service
✓ Edit and deliver images within stated timeframe
✓ Maintain backup copies for 90 days after delivery

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS:
- Images edited at photographer's professional discretion
- Equipment failure: photographer maintains backup equipment but is
not liable for events beyond reasonable control
- Total liability limited to amount paid
- Weather delays: outdoor sessions subject to weather reschedule

- Governed by laws of Louisiana

Guest photographers prohibited

- No outside photogrphers othe than ones hired By ITTSME Technology Firm unless discussed and a written agreement is made.
