  • JUDGES MUST CHECK-IN AT THE JUDGE STATION AT THE FOLLOWING TIMES:

    11:30 AM: CHICKEN

    1:30 PM: PORK SPARE RIBS

    2:30 PM: BRISKET

    Place: Cadence Bank Center - 301 W. Loop 121, Belton, TX 76513 

    By registering as a volunteer judge, I understand that I will be acting as a volunteer food judge working under the oversight and rules of the International Barbeque Cookers Association.

    I understand that judging involves risks which include possible allergic food reactions and general event hazards. I accept full responsibility for my personal health conditions, food sensitivities, and my decision to participate.

    In consideration for being allowed to judge, I release and hold harmless the Central Texas BBQ Roundup, its Board of Directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and the IBCA from any claims or liability connected to my participation.

    I agree to follow all instructions from IBCA officials. By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to this Liability Release.

    I understand that judging involves risks which include possible allergic food reactions and general event hazards. I accept full responsibility for my personal health conditions, food sensitivities, and my decision to participate.

    In consideration for being allowed to judge, I release and hold harmless the Central Texas BBQ Roundup, its Board of Directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, and the venue operator from any claims or liability connected to my participation.
