TY-300 DTF Printer Specifications
Working Environment for the Machine
Roland devices operate optimally within a specific range of temperature and humidity. Failure to operate in this range can result in poor print quality or uncured ink.
During operation: Temperature: 68 to 82 °F (20 to 28 °C), humidity: 40 to 60% RH (no condensation)
During non-operation: Temperature: 41 to 104 °F (5 to 40 °C), humidity: 20 to 80% RH (no condensation)
Note: It is important to note that these requirements apply to all DTF solutions available on the market and are inherent to pigment-based printing technology.
Ensure that the room where you are using the machine is well-ventilated. (Recommended ventilation capacity: 2,500 m3/hour) Be sure to install a ventilator when installing the machine in a sealed room or a room with poor ventilation.
Do not place the machine in an area where it will be exposed to corrosive gases.
Place the main machine on a strong and level base. Inclination on any side should be no more than 5 mm (0.2”).
