    Jones Pathways for Youth is operated by Jones Property Company, with outreach and referral support from Jones Community Development Foundation.
  • Welcome to the Jones Pathways for Youth Housing Inquiry Form.

    Jones Pathways for Youth provides structured, independent housing for young adults ages 18–21 who are aging out of or have recently aged out of foster care.

    Program features may include furnished shared or private rooms, utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry and connections to workforce-development and community resources.

    To qualify, applicants must:

    • Be between the ages of 18 and 21
    • Be aging out of or have recently aged out of foster care
    • Be able to live independently
    • Have verifiable income, approved agency funding or a sponsor responsible for payment
    • Agree to maintain a drug- and alcohol-free living environment
    • Follow household rules and program expectations

    Completing this form will help us understand your housing needs, eligibility, funding and desired move-in timeframe. Our team will review your information and follow up regarding next steps or provide referrals to partnering agencies when applicable.
