Travel Insurance Recommendation and Disclaimer
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance, as it is a vital part of any travel arrangement. Travel insurance helps protect you, your trip, and your travel investment.
Travel suppliers, airline carriers, cruise lines, and travel agencies do not provide compensation for unforeseen events in the event of trip cancellation or failure to travel. This includes, but is not limited to, missed flights or cruises, lost or delayed baggage, illness, injury, death, accidents, or emergency evacuation due to illness, natural disasters, or acts of terrorism.
For this reason, we strongly advise that you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover the full duration of your journey.
If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you may be required to sign a travel insurance waiver and assume full financial responsibility for all direct and indirect costs and consequences resulting from events occurring before or during your trip.
The client acknowledges that they do not have the right to demand compensation from the travel agency for any unforeseen expenses arising from trip cancellation or failure to travel, lost luggage, illness, injury, death, accidents, and/or emergency evacuation due to natural disasters or acts of terrorism, provided that the travel agency is not the direct and immediate cause of such expenses.
This acknowledgment remains valid even if the travel agency did not separately offer travel insurance for the services purchased or did not explain the potential consequences of traveling without insurance.
***Please note that travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.***
