Liability Release: Participants shall remain liable and hold Alpha Chi National College Honor Society harmless for any liability arising from their participation in the 2026 National Convention except injury or damages that may occur because of the sole negligence, or willful and wanton misconduct of the Society, Society's officers, agents, or employees. Also be advised that Alpha Chi will take photos throughout the convention for the purpose of publicizing and promoting Alpha Chi. The images may be published in local newspapers, the Internet, or used in other marketing material promoting Alpha Chi. Names and other private information such as addresses, phone numbers, or emails will NOT be published. Please inform an Alpha Chi employee when you check in at the convention if this will cause a problem for you.
