If a surrender is approved, we may schedule a drop off, pickup, or request that you meet us halfway. While we do try to allow a free surrender Please note that a surrender fee may apply to cover initial medical care, housing, and supplies. Fees vary based on the rabbit’s age, health, and special needs. This is for the health and safety of my rabbits and of any surrendered rabbit.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Voluntary Surrender: I am voluntarily surrendering the rabbit described above to Bitty Bunnies & Co., relinquishing all ownership rights, and transferring full legal custody. 2. Accuracy of Information: I certify that all information I have provided about the rabbit’s health, behavior, and history is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false or misleading information may be grounds for refusal or future liability. 3. Assumption of Risk & Release: I understand that once surrendered, Bitty Bunnies & Co., its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any current or future health issues, injuries, behavioral issues, or outcomes related to this rabbit. I release, waive, and forever discharge Bitty Bunnies & Co. from any claims, liabilities, costs, or damages arising from this rabbit’s past, present, or future condition, actions, or behavior. 4. Medical & Behavioral Care: I understand that Bitty Bunnies & Co. may at its sole discretion provide veterinary care, vaccinations, behavioral interventions, spay/neuter procedures, or any other treatment deemed necessary. I release Bitty Bunnies & Co. from any responsibility for these decisions or their outcomes. 5. Fees and Expenses: I acknowledge that a surrender fee may be required to cover costs associated with veterinary care, housing, or supplies, and I agree to pay any applicable fees as communicated by Bitty Bunnies & Co. 6. No Guarantee of Adoption or Placement: I understand that surrendering this rabbit does not guarantee immediate adoption, placement, or specific outcomes. Bitty Bunnies & Co. reserves the right to refuse intake or placement if deemed necessary for the safety and well-being of the rabbit or staff. 7. Legal Authority: I represent that I am the legal owner or authorized guardian of the rabbit and have full authority to surrender it.
