  • VENDOR INFORMATION

  • *Vendor incentives additional information:

    Refer a friend: Any vendor who paid for a space for the 2025 event can refer a friend (must be new vendor to the Swap Meet) to vend in 2026 and will receive a $10 refund when the referred friend attends and vends at the event.

    First time vendors: Any new vendor, who has never participated in the event, will receive a $10 refund when they vend at the event. *Aside from requesting a general location, new vendors cannot request a specific vendor space.

  • VENDOR BOOTH/SPACE INFORMATION

  • We will only hold previously rented spaces for repeat vendors until July 1, 2026. After that date, we will release all unconfirmed spaces for 2026.

    Indoor spaces are approx. 10’ x 12’;    Outdoor spaces are approx. 10’ x 30’;

    *North asphalt spaces are approx. 18’ x 36’

    *New from 2025 - Asphalt “parking lot” vendor spaces: due to painting parking lines on the asphalt on the north side of the venue, those spaces have changed in dimension from 10’x30’ to 18’x36’ (a quadrant of parking spots). If you have previous spaces in that area, we will work to ensure you fit within allotted spaces. Because of the need for flexibility in this first year of the change, you will note an overall cost reduction in your vendor space rental.   • PARKING

  • Vendors are allowed one parking pass per space rented for general/vendor parking. Each additional pass is $5.

    There are limited convenience parking spaces for vendors near the grandstand on the east end of the venue. These are paid spaces and priced as vendor spaces. We will not allow parking there unless you display a pass. If you wish to park in that area, include that as a vendor space above, and when paying.

  • VENUE MAP

    We will be producing a map of the venue for visitors. You can have your space(s) indicated on the map for $15. You will select this option at the end.
  • VENDOR SPACE CAMPING

  • Camping is allowed in vendor spaces for no charge unless you plan to use electricity. There is very limited access to electricity outside the Fairgrounds campground, and is first-come, first-served for $20 access fee. If we cannot assign you electricity due to unavailability, you will be reimbursed. Your entire camp set-up must fit within your allotted, rented spaces.

  • Minnesota Department of Revenue Requirements

  • BE SURE TO READ: In order for your registration to be complete, you must complete one of the below forms. The link will open another window and, upon completion, you will need to exit that window to return to this form.

    If you are a vendor business with a registered tax ID, complete the following form: MN Dept of Revenue, Operator Certificate of Compliance, Form ST19

  • PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • In direct response to both vendor and visitor feedback, we are implementing a deposit requirement to encourage vendors to remain set-up for the duration of the event. This will be refunded directly to the vendors on Sunday afternoon. You or a representative must be present to receive the refund. You will be notified of this process in the Vendor Letter you receive prior to the event.
