IF you are requesting a tour with a guide from Horizons which of the following fits the needs of your students BEST:
I understand that while the tour is free for RSS schools, organizations outside the district will be charged a fee per participant to cover materials. Schools are expected to pay for bus mileage as well as any subs or coverage as needed.
I understand that by choosing to include a lunch break in the requested tour that the school is responsible for facilitating food for students. Horizons staff will organize a space for students to eat but will not provide food.
I understand that if rain or inclement weather prevents the tour from taking place that I will be given an opportunity to reschedule as well as the chance to take part in an amended version of the tour at Horizons and that in order to reschedule or take part in the amended tour, teachers must be timely in their responses to emails from Horizons staff.
