  • Anime Weekend Atlanta TFP Photoshoots 2025

    Hello, hi and thanks for your interest in shooting with me at AWA! So what exactly is a TFP photoshoot? TFP stands for "Trade for Print" which basically means a free collaboration between myself (the photographer) and you (the cosplayer). Since I'm providing this service at no cost I'll be particular about what cosplays I choose to photograph. Proofs will not be provided for these shoots and delivery turnout time can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks to a couple of months depending on my current workload. And be sure to read the fine print at the end of this form. 🖤

  • LATE POLICY 

    It's very important that you arrive on time. If you are running late please communicate that to me. Keep in mind that the amount of the time that you're late takes away from your shoot time. Please be ready to shoot at the time of your shoot. If you need to make any final adjustments/makeup touch-ups before your session please arrive at the meeting area early to make those adjustments. 

    POSTING & PRINT RIGHTS

    All photo sessions include online publishing rights with proper crediting. This includes sharing on social media, your website, profile photo, and business cards. Tagging me in the photo alone does not count as proper crediting. Additional edits over my editing or filters are not allowed. Redistribution for profit is prohibited unless explicit, written permission has been given (this includes Only Fans, Patreon, Ko-Fi, etc.). If you wish to purchase the print rights for the image please reach out for pricing. I, the photographer, retain the rights to keep the photo to use on website, portfolio, social media and digital ads for future shoots.
