• Late Cancellation Waiver Form

    Effective January 1st, 2025, each student may use up to four (4) Late Cancellation Waivers per calendar year for sessions cancelled in the Study Buddy Portal with less than 24 hours notice.This waiver must be completed within 48 hours of the cancellation. The cancelled session remains billable, and the rescheduled session will be $0 and must be completed within 14 days with the same learning professional.If no waivers remain, or the waiver is not submitted in time, the Late Cancellations policy will apply and the session will be forfeited.
