    The cost is only $250.00 per advisor.  

    The cost is per advisor and we are not able to do a discount for partner teams.

     

    Rooms may be booked via a room block we have at a discounted rate of $169/ room per night plus taxes and fees.

     

    Meeting fee is non-refundable after 5/1/26

    We will be invoicing everyone through square.  The invoice will be issued from TA Assist, LLC.

     

    Optional Pre/ Post activities to be announced at a later date:  We are working to arrange some ship tours in Port Canaveral as well as some resort tours, and tours of SeaWorld & Discovery Cove. 

     

  • Accommodations:

    Accommodations are not included in the meeting fee. Rooms in the room block are $169.00 per night (plus tax & fees). Room Type is a standard 2 Queen Room. Last Date to book rooms in the room block is 9/1/26.

    Each attendee will receive a conference T Shirt. T' Shirts are Navy Blue and we will do a photo of the whole group in our T'shirts.
  • Transportation Disclosure:

  • If you choose not to agree to this disclosure regarding transportation, you will be responsible for supplying your own transportation to all destinations in which group transportation is being provided.

    I commit to participating fully in all scheduled conference sessions throughout the duration of the event, contributing to an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

    I pledge to conduct myself in a manner that embodies professionalism and respect, ensuring that my words and actions support a positive, collaborative atmosphere for all attendees, suppliers, and hosts.

    I agree to not attempt to persuade an advisor to leave their current agency or to attempt to recruit an advisor in any way. This is a safe enviroment for everyone to share and collaborate. Poaching of advisors will not be tolerated and offenders will be asked to leave immediately. There will be no refund for any unattended porton of the conference. Any financial consequences will be the responsibility of the offending person. 

    Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
    I acknowledge that this event has been intentionally designed as a cooperative, supportive space for participating agencies. I agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any business practices, operational discussions, strategic insights, or proprietary information shared during sessions or conversations. I further agree not to solicit or recruit travel advisors, employees, or contractors from any participating agency, recognizing that this commitment is essential to preserving the trust and collaborative spirit of the event.

    By adhering to these principles, I demonstrate my dedication to fostering a respectful, productive, and cooperative environment throughout this event.
