The cost is only $250.00 per advisor.

The cost is per advisor and we are not able to do a discount for partner teams.

Rooms may be booked via a room block we have at a discounted rate of $169 per night plus taxes and fees. Deadline to book at room is 9/1/26.

Meeting fee is non-refundable after 7/1/26

We will be invoicing everyone through square. The invoice will be issued from TA Assist, LLC.

I agree to hold Coasters & Castles Travel LLC, TA Assist LLC, and/or any other travel agency affiliated with the conference, harmless should any accident or injury occur during this transportation.
