2026 Muskoka Autumn Art Market

We are excited to be partnering with the Bracebridge BIA on another great arts & culture event. Each Artisan will have a 10'x10' booth location on the main street which will be shut down for this event. We only have the room for 20 tents and so we will be selecting the strongest applicant per category. Each Artisan will be reponsible for their own tent and insurance.

Booth Price 

$200+HST with an active MA&C Artist & Maker Membership 

$340+HST without an active MA&C Membership (Sign-Up to be a member HERE)

Location: Downtown Bracebridge on Manitoba Street

Date: September 26th 10am - 5pm

 

Please provide two(2) examples that best represent the work you will be bringing to this show.

Your application will be accepted based on the following criteria:

• The design of an article must be your original idea or a skillful rendering of a traditional or classic design.
• You must be the designer and maker of the work represented by your application.
• Ready-made components are acceptable only where their importance is subordinate to the skill and design contributed by you, the maker, and where their use is clearly appropriate to the nature and design of the work.
• Articles made from molds are acceptable only where the mold is your own design.
• When licensed copyright images from a third party are used, a copy of the permission agreement must accompany your application.
• Ceramics from commercial molds, work made from kits, food, candles, cosmetics or mass-produced articles are ineligible and cannot be displayed or sold in the show.
• Any articles in any media using a commercial kit or commercially available plans or patterns are disqualified.

Each Artisan is responsible for their own tent, tables, lights, or whatever else is needed for set-up. Each Artisan will also need to provide their own insurance. 

Upon acceptance all details and invoicing will be shared.

OPTION ONE DETAILS:
By signing this agreement you are waiving and removing:
I waive, release, & discharge, from any and all liability against Muskoka Arts & Crafts, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, fire, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers. MA&C's INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER ANY ARTWORK OF CRAFT ON OUR PREMISE. 

OPTION TWO REQUIREMENTS:
1. Provide proof of insurance
2. Please provide proof of valid insurance in the form of a certificate of insurance as follows;
3. List certificate holder and additional insured as: Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc., 63 Manitoba Bracebridge, ON P1L 2B2
4. Minimum Commercial General Liability limit of $1 Million.
6. Insurance must be maintained in force for the full period of the Holiday Market.
