2026 Spring Members' Show Application

Our Spring Members Exhibition, Gala & Awards Ceremony will take place at MA&C on Main Gallery, downtown Bracebridge. This will be an exclusive MAC Artist & Maker  event. We call on all of our Artists to submit work and help us create an exciting and dynamic show. We will issue an exclusive invite to all our members and will ask everyone to RSVP so we can properly plan for food and drinks. Each member is allowed to RSVP for a guest.  We are expecting everyone to submit one piece that best highlights their skill and talent.

Exhibition Dates April 30th - May 24th 2026

Exclusive Gala & Awards Ceremony May 21st 5pm-7pm

Painting Size Restrictions: Maximum 24"x36"

Craft Size Restrictions: None, all submissions welcome!

Sales

All of MA&C's commission structure is based on 30% (outside of any special exhibitions or partnerships). Please note there will also be a 5.9%+.30 Shopify charge for all transactions.

Please include 1 image of the piece you would like included in the show. Your work can be in progress.

Each image file name should indicate artist name and artwork title. For example: artistname-artworktitle.jpg. Images may be a JPG or PNG.

Hanging Requirements:

Note: All paintings and 2D work must be ready for hanging with D hooks and wires securely attached to the back. No other system is acceptable. At drop off you will be asked to wire your work if not completed. (Click here for detailed instructions)

All work must be complete and dry.

If you require a special hanging system, display or other this must be previously arranged with the MAC Executive Director and supplied by the artist. 

The set-up coordinators reserve the right to decline any entry not meeting the hanging/display criteria.

Labelling your work:

Please ensure your artwork is properly labelled with a business card for reference and to ensure pieces don't get mixed-up. This should include your name, medium, size and price.

Work will be accepted at MAC on MAIN 63 Manitoba Street April 23rd 2026 10am-4pm. Please contact info@muskokaartsandcrafts.com if you need to make alternate arrangements. Please note that we cannot tsore packaging at the gallery, so please take all packaging with you and bring it with you at pick-up. 

Picking up your work: SAVE THIS TO YOUR CALENDAR

Art pick-up is on May 24th 2026 4pm - 5pm & May 26th 10am - 4pm. Please make arrangements for someone to pick-up if you are not available.

OPTION ONE

By signing this agreement you are waiving and removing:

I waive, release, & discharge, from any and all liability against Muskoka Arts & Crafts, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for death, disability, personal injury, property damage, fire, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers. MA&C's INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER ANY ARTWORK OF CRAFT ON OUR PREMISE. 

OPTION TWO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Provide proof of insurance
2. Please provide proof of valid insurance in the form of a certificate of insurance as follows;
3. List certificate holder and additional insured as: Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc. 63 Manitoba Bracebridge,ON P1L 2B2
4. Minimum Commercial General Liability limit of $1 Million
6. Insurance must be maintained in force for the full period of the showcase.
