A minimum number of participants is required in order to have a Carlisle delivery route for the Hollabaugh CSA. Completing this form will let us know you want to register, but we will not take any payment from you at this time. Someone from Hollabaugh's will be in touch with you in the coming weeks to let you know if we received enough interest to offer delivery to Carlisle. If we did, we will request payment at that time. Please help spread the word!
