I hereby assign and grant Larimer County, and its elected officials, directors, employees, volunteers and agents the right and permission to obtain, capture, take, copyright and/or publish on the Web, television, or any other public viewing venue, photographic portraits, pictures, motion pictures, video, or electronic images (collectively “media”) of me in which I may be included in whole or in part, or in any composite or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media at the Farm2Local Biz Networking Event on February 5, 2026, for education, information, filmmaking, or any other similar purposes whatsoever, indefinitely.
I hereby release, waive and discharge Larimer County, its elected officials, directors, employees, volunteers and agents, their successors and all persons acting under the authority and permission of Larimer County, or those for whom it/they are acting, from any liability produced in the recording or editing of said media or in any processing toward the completion of the finished product. I acknowledge and affirm I have no right to inspect or approve the finished media before or after publication or use.
I understand that the media may be transmitted/broadcast on Cable or Network Television, distributed and viewed at independent or commercially owned theater venues, published in booklets, pamphlets or other hardcopy mediums, and/or published on the Web or Internet.
I am 18 years of age or older and have read the release before signing, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
