Scholarship Application
Forgiven Much Ministries’ recovery groups are led by facilitators who are trained and supervised by a Certified Pastoral Sexual Addiction Specialist (CPSAS), ensuring both professional-level insight and biblical guidance. Each group carries a minimum monetary value of $50 USD per session, but thanks to the generosity of FMM’s donors, this cost is fully covered so that no one is ever prevented from pursuing healing.

In return, we ask every participant to complete this Scholarship Application before beginning the group process. Your personal information is never shared or sold. (7–10 minutes to complete)
