Deliverables:

- 20-30 drone photos

- 3-5 minutes total of drone video clips

Scope:

- Capture aesthetic photos of a commercial building from low-high altitudes

- Capture establishing shots and b-roll clips of a commercial building from low-high altitudes

Requirements:

- Must have similar experience capturing aesthetic marketing content

- Must be able to assess and/or request LAANC authorization if needed

- Able to upload content same day (no editing required)

- Anticipate to fly 1 battery for this job

DRONE PARKING STUDY

Location: Breckenridge, Colorado
Total Capture Days: 6 days
Daily Flight Window: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (14 hours)

Compensation:

$1,190 per flight day
Total project compensation: $7,140

Dec 26, 2025 – Jan 4, 2026
Mar 8 – Mar 29, 2026
Jun 21 – Jul 21, 2026
(One weekday + one weekend day selected within each period)

Estimated Flights:

1 flight per hour
~14 flights per day
~84 total flights (assuming full study area is capturable with one drone)

Flight Parameters:

Altitude: 400 ft
Overlap: 75% front / 70% side
Gimbal: -90°
RTK Required
Manual exposure recommended
Min shutter: 1/100s
ISO: As needed (target EV +0.3 to +0.7)
White balance: Auto (day), 5500K (dusk), 3200–4000K (twilight)
Flight direction, speed, and starting waypoint: Determined during planning
No cross-hatch / 3D mapping required

Deliverables:

- Raw images/videos for all flights
- Metadata (date, time, location)
- Summary flight log confirming full coverage
- 360° orbit video around central point on the site
- Corridor video fly-through (usually the longest direction over the site, both ways if possible)
- Ground-level marketing photos + overhead angled drone photos of parking and mall areas

Scheduling Notes:
There will be 2 capture days in each 7-day window (3 windows total). Dates will be finalized ~2 weeks prior but may shift due to weather or coordination with the prime client.
