Official event staff and contracted photographers will capture team photos, event images, and action shots of athletes. Some images may include athletes from your program, either directly or incidentally.
Use of Images

Photos may be used on the event website, social media, promotional materials, news coverage, advertisements, and may also be offered for purchase through the photographer’s website.
Coach/Program Responsibility

As the coach or authorized program representative, you understand that it is your responsibility to inform all parents/guardians in your program that photographs of their athletes may be taken and used for the purposes listed above.
