Please complete this form as the cover sheet for the Digital Poster contest completed during the 2025-2026 Key Club year. The completed form must be submitted along with the digital poster on or before March 13, 2025. A club may submit one digital submission- the club must bring a printed copy of the poster as their submission to be judged.

General Guidelines
- All Key Clubs in the Georgia District that are in good standing are eligible for this award.
- This form should be completed and submitted by March 13, 2026.
- The poster must be printed and turned in at registration on March 13, 2026.
- All entries shall be in good taste and appropriate to the standards set by the Guidebook and Brand Guide of Key Club International.
- The club that wins first place will be entered into the Key Club International contest at ICON 2026 in July of 2026.
- Winning entries will become the property of Key Club International and will not be returned to clubs. Key Club International reserves the right to reproduce any contest winners, providing appropriate credit to the Key Club and artist.
Poster Guidelines
- The digital poster dimensions should have an aspect ratio of 9:16 or 1:1
Judging Criteria

Posters will be judged according to the following criteria:
- Originality and creativity 50 points
- Effectiveness for member recruitment 25 points
- Appearance and artistic expression 25 points
