• Why Be a Part of The Market?

We are Ridgecrest’s largest and longest-running bi-weekly community market, featuring:

    - 25+ vendors each week
    - Thousands of shoppers, both new faces and returning regulars

Since our founding in 2022, we’ve been proud to provide a reliable and well-organized community event. In 2026, the market is entering an exciting new chapter with a new name and a new home at The Patriot Event Space, a welcoming venue that aligns with our mission of supporting makers, small businesses, and local non-profits.

We take pride in supporting our vendors and creating a vibrant, engaging experience for our shoppers.

    General Information

The Market of Ridgecrest is a bi-weekly market held on Flex Fridays from 5–9 PM at The Patriot Event Space. Our annual schedule can be found on our Facebook and Instagram pages. To get a feel for our market, check out our social media @themarketofrc for photos and videos, and we’d love to have you stop by in person if you haven’t yet!

All of our markets are held indoors in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring a comfortable experience year-round for both vendors and visitors. Plus, with The Patriot’s incredible restaurant on-site, market visitors can enjoy delicious food alongside our vendors’ handmade goods and treats.

    Who We Are

The Market of Ridgecrest was created to give our community a welcoming place where locals can share their handmade goods, art, and baked creations, while also spotlighting a local non-profit organization each week.

The Market of Ridgecrest is independently operated by Hollyanne Simon and is not affiliated with the City of Ridgecrest.

If you are a non-profit organization interested in being featured at one of our markets, please email us directly at themarketofrc@gmail.com.

If you are a local small business that doesn’t sell handmade goods, art, or baked items but would like to advertise or promote your services, please complete the updated application below and indicate that in your submission.

  • We do not currently require insurance for non-food vendors, as the market carries its own liability insurance. However, we do strongly recommend that vendors maintain their own business insurance as a best practice. Food vendors do have additional insurance requirements.

Please note that hot savory food vendors and food trucks will not be accepted for the 2026 season due to the on-site restaurant at The Patriot Event Space.

Bakers, dessert vendors, and drink vendors are still welcome to apply.

Any food vendor that applys must follow state and county health regulations beyond our internal policies.

  • How often do you plan to attend as a vendor?*
  • The current vendor fee is $45* per 8x8 space and $50 for food vendors. Do you acknowledge that payment must be received before your spot is confirmed? *Fees are subject to change.*
  • As a vendor, you play an essential role in helping The Market of Ridgecrest thrive. This includes helping to promote the market to your customers and community. While we understand schedules are busy, we ask that vendors make a best effort to actively promote the market.

Active promotion may include (but is not limited to):

    - Sharing posts from The Market of Ridgecrest and The Patriot Event Space social channels
    - Sharing the event page on both personal and business pages
    - Tagging @themarketofrc and @thepatriotbarandgrill_ in your posts
    - Inviting friends, family, and customers to attend through the event page

These actions help drive attendance, support all vendors, and increase visibility for your own business. Vendors who do not make a best effort to actively promote the market may not be offered a spot at future markets.

  • Do you agree to actively help promote The Market of Ridgecrest through word of mouth, social media, and other channels following the expectations listed above?*
  • Booths must be table-based only due to indoor space limitations. Vendors are encouraged to use creative layouts within the 8x8 space (such as smaller tables or vertical displays).

  • Do you agree to fit your booth within an 8x8 space, without the use of canopies, pop-up tents, or canopy scaffolding?*
  • Each booth space is reserved for one approved vendor only. Booth sharing is not permitted. All vendors must complete their own application, be individually approved, and carry any required licenses and permits applicable to their business. Do you agree?*
  • I understand that load-in, unloading, setup, map of spots, and parking instructions will be provided prior to each market and may vary by event. I agree to follow all posted instructions and the directions of Market of Ridgecrest staff and Patriot Event Space staff.*
  • Booth placements are intentionally organized to beneift the market as a whole, including spacing similar vendors, maintaining traffic flow, and supporting a strong shopping experience. For this reason, we are unable to accept spot requests.

  • I understand that booth placement is determined by the market coordinator and that spot requests are not accepted.*
  • The Market does not accept vendors representing multi-level marketing (MLM) companies or large corporations (e.g., Scentsy, Young Living, Monat, etc.). Our goal is to create an atmosphere that celebrates shopping small and shopping local. Please select “Yes” to confirm that your products are independently made or sourced and not affiliated with a larger corporation.*
  • Vendor Booth Responsibilities

    • We understand that many vendors attend with family support, and we appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping the market safe and enjoyable.
    • Vendors are responsible for supervising any children or minors accompanying them to the market.
    • Children must remain within the vendor’s booth or be accompanied by an adult while walking the venue. Children may use the restroom as needed and may shop independently only if they are able to do so safely and without disrupting other vendors or shoppers.
    • Unsupervised running, loitering in other booths, or disruptive behavior is not permitted, as this creates safety concerns and impacts the market experience.
    • Vendors are required to bring their own tables and chairs. Public or dining seating may not be used for vendor purposes.
    • Vendors are responsible for leaving their space clean. All trash must be removed, and any spills or messes must be cleaned immediately. Clean-up fees may apply for violations.
  • Do you agree to follow the Market Policies & Guidelines outlined by the The Market of Ridgecrest?*
  • Do you understand that participation in The Market of Ridgecrest is based on following our Market Policies & Guidelines, and that breaking these agreements may affect your eligibility for future markets?*
