2026 Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Homes Award
This form is to be used to apply for the Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Homes Award-highlighting a service project(s) to both raise awareness and money for the Georgia District Project. The completed form must be submitted by January 31, 2026. A club may submit up to five items of supporting evidence.
The Rules
All Key Clubs in the Georgia District that are in good standing are eligible for this award.
The service project/ awareness and fundraising initiative must involve the Georgia District Project - the Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Homes.
Provide detailed descriptions of the project(s) that have been for the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes.
The project descriptions and initiative must have been completed between March 5, 2025 and January 31, 2026.

This application may contain up to five uploads of newspaper/magazine clippings, substantiating photographs, video, or other pertinent information.
All decisions made by the judges are final.
All entries with satisfactory evidence of fundraising/ awareness towards the Georgia District Project will be awarded.
All entries must be submitted by January 31, 2026.
