Please note that referral fees are added to our standard survey and valuation fees. Selecting a higher referral fee may therefore reduce conversion rates.

Referral fees shown below are exclusive of VAT. An additional 20% VAT will be applied when quoting to customers.

As a general guide, we recommend the following referral fee levels, which we have found provide a good balance between fairness and maintaining client conversion:

• RICS Valuation reports, these are individual reports (not to be confused with valuations added to surveys) and typically priced around £200 to £225. Recommended referral fee of approximately £25.
• RICS Home Survey Level 2 reports, typically priced around £600. Recommended referral fee of approximately £50.
• RICS Home Survey Level 3 reports, typically priced around £800. Recommended referral fee of approximately £75.

These amounts are intended as guidance only. Referral fees above these levels may have a noticeable impact on enquiry conversion, particularly for price-sensitive clients.
