Thank you for choosing Bush's Boarding for your boarding needs. We strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for each furry friend's needs.
1) OWNER agrees to pay the rate of $50 per night of boarding. Owner also agrees to pay all cost and charges associated with any special treatment or care to be provided for the animal during the animal's boarding period.
2) OWNER further agrees to pay all veterinary costs that may be required in conjunction with the health of the pet. If a pet becomes ill or if the pet requires medical attention, BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC, in its sole discretion, may engage the services of the OWNERS Veterinarian or administer medicine, which expenses thereof shall be paid by the OWNER. If OWNER'S Veterinarian is unavailable and immediate attention is required, BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC will secure the services of a Veterinarian of its choice at the OWNER'S expense.
3) OWNER agrees that by signing the contract and leaving the pet with BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC that the information as provided about the pet is accurate and that there are no liens or encumbrances upon said pet.
4) BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC agrees to exercise reasonable care for the pet delivered by OWNER to BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC. It is expressly agreed by OWNER and BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC liability shall in no event exceed the lesser of the current chattel value of a pet of the same species or the sum of $50 per animal boarded. OWNER further agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts of behavior of said pet while in the care of BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC.
5) OWNER agrees that if requested, OWNER shall present proof of all vaccinations, shots, etc. to BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC upon initial boarding of the pet.
6) All charges incurred by OWNER shall be payable upon pick up.
7) Any pictures or videos taken of said pet shall be used for social media and advertisement purposes.
8) Waiver of BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC liability pertaining to old pets or pets in poor health. BUSH'S BOARDING 850 LLC cannot be held liable for pets' wellbeing in situations where the pet is old or in questionable heath because of the stress that can occur simply from being placed in an alternative living arrangement.
9) This contact contains the entire agreement between the parties. All terms and conditions of this contract shall be binding on the heirs, administrators, personal representatives and assigns of the OWNER
