This Agreement governs your participation in the Kaironeek Study Circle (“the Community”), including access to educational materials, live classes, replays, digital documents, and all content provided by Kaironeek LLC.

PART II — MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The Study Circle is a monthly subscription program. Access continues only while payments remain active. No lifetime access is included with this tier.
PART III — TERMS OF USE

You agree to abide by all rules, community guidelines, and future updates. You acknowledge that access ends immediately upon cancellation or failed payment.
PART IV — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All books, letters, PDFs, case law summaries, videos, and educational materials are copyrighted property of Kaironeek LLC. All materials are view-only and may not be downloaded, saved, shared, or reproduced.
PART V — NO SHARING / NO DOWNLOAD POLICY

You may not download, print, screenshot, record, share, forward, or distribute any material. Violations may result in removal without refund.
PART VI — PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

All community discussions, member information, and comments are confidential. Nothing may be reposted or quoted outside the community.
PART VII — CODE OF CONDUCT

Members must behave respectfully and professionally. Harassment, negativity, arguments, and solicitation are strictly prohibited.
PART VIII — REFUND POLICY

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted.Advance multi‑month payments may be refunded for unused future months only.Any attempted chargebacks for delivered access will be disputed. Refunds available until 24 hours before your first scheduled class. After this deadline, all sales are final.

Enrollment Information — Kaironeek Study Circle

Admission into the Kaironeek Study Circle requires a one-time enrollment fee of $297, plus your first month’s subscription of $69. Your total to begin is $366.

After your first month, the Study Circle continues as a subscription-based membership at $69 per month.

All members must maintain an active subscription to keep access. If the subscription is not maintained, access to the private community, classes, and resources will be removed automatically.

To join, simply complete your payment through the official enrollment link. Once your payment is verified, you will receive full access to:
• Live classes twice per month
• Digital books and study materials
• Private community discussions
• Step-by-step lessons on credit, consumer law, and practical dispute strategy

Access is granted only after proof of payment has been confirmed.
