    Please read the introductory information below before beginning your proposal.

    Spring Term Dates:  April 22 - June 12

    Use this form to submit a proposal for a one-time 2 - 2.5 hour  presentation. See below for specific times and locations. For programs outside those times and locations, please use the Miscellaneous Event Proposal form.

    There are other forms for 1.25 hour one-time presentations, multiweek courses, and miscellaneous special events that fall outside the times and locations here.

    2.5 hour one-time presentations will be offered:

    • Wednesdays, 9:30 am-12 pm at Victory Parkway Campus (VPC). These presentations are "hybrid" with the presenter in-person, and attendees both in-person and on Zoom. OLLI provides technical support to manage the hybrid format.
    • Fridays, 9:30 am-12 pm, at Ohio Living Llanfair (OHLL). In-person attendees only.

     2 hour one-time presentations will be offered Fridays, as follow:

    • 1-3 pm,Victory Parkway Campus
    • 1-3 pm, Zoom

  • Select preference of day, time, location & format from the options listed. You may provide from one to three separate selections. 

    (For the Wednesday and Friday morning presentations, specific dates will be negotiated between submitter and the Curriculum Committee following acceptance of proposal.

  • Equipment Requirements

  • *Standard equipment includes projector & screen, internet access, Windows PC, VGA or HDMI connections for Presenter's PC.**

     **  Apple device users must supply own adapter.

  • Presenter Information

  • Before submitting your proposal, please recheck your form content and spelling for accuracy to avoid the need for corrections or revisions.

    Upon submission of this form, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you entered on the form;  the confirmation is a record of your submission. Proposals will be reviewed in February.  If your proposal is accepted, a member of the Curriculum Committee will contact you regarding a specific date for your presentation.
