Camping at the Boulia Racecourse Reserve will open Sunday 12th July 2026 at 3pm until Tuesday 21st July at 9am. Vendors are welcome to trade for this duration (weather permitting & power availability dependent). Please keep in mind that with such an influx of people in our community, the 4G becomes extremely limited. Data is unavailable and Telstra place priority service on call availability (Texts and data do not work in these peak times - Starlink Enterprise is reliable - residential & roam services become congested).

FAQ

Is there a special camping area for market vendors?
Yes, directly behind the market stall area.

Are vendors able to access wifi?
No, with the limited access we have we need to ensure our point of sale operations are prioritised, we utilise a residential star link service.

Are vendors required to purchase tickets?
Yes, All vendors are required to purchase a wristband for event attendance for themselves and employees. Please talk to us regarding discount purchases for large teams.

Are vendors able to have their dogs?
Boulia Shire Council does not permit dogs (other than service dogs) within the perimeter fence of the event space. Dogs are welcome in the campgrounds - outside of the market area. This is non-negotiable with the Local Government Authority.

What do we do if we have an issue with another vendor or have a previous issue with another vendor?
Please, we beg of you, common sense. Be kind, considerate and courteous. We are not able to facilitate mediations. We cannot move you to the better spot, we cannot ask other people to do what is right. Please be prepared to undertake conversations with your neighbours in a calm, polite manner.

Signage - Our advice to you is to bring plenty of signage. Put them up where ever you like, we want to you have maximum exposure and understand the market stall space is awkward and uncomfortable, please feel free to put signs up!
Sponsorship - should any of our amazing vendors wish to sponsor or donate an item for auction we would gladly appreciate the contribution.
