  • Short (1.25 hour) One-Time Presentation Proposal

    Please read the introductory information below before beginning your proposal.
  • This form is for 1.25 hour one-time presentations offered at Adath Israel on Tuesdays for a live audience and at UC Victory Pkwy Campus on Mondays and Thursdays for a hybrid audience (students in the room and on Zoom simultaneously). Presentations are 12:45-2pm only. Priority will be given to new programs not previously offered at OLLI. 

    Proposed programs for VPC should be appropriate for the hybrid format and for a large number of participants. OLLI provides all technical support to manage the hybrid program.

    Separate forms are available for multiweek courses, longer (2 to 2.5 hour) one-time presentations, and one-time programs or events that fall outside this timeframe or are appropriate for small class size.

    No classes at VPC on Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day); last Monday VPC class is June 15. Last ADI class is Tuesday, June 9.

  • Before submitting your proposal, please recheck content, spelling, and date/time selections for accuracy to avoid the need for corrections or revisions.  

    Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation.email; the confirmation is a record of your submission.  Once course proposals are reviewed and scheduled in February, you will receive further information regarding acceptance and scheduling of your proposal.
