2. Good
Light scratches or minor frame wear. Device is fully working with all functions operating normally. Battery 83% or higher.

3. Fair
Moderate to heavy scratches or noticeable wear. Minor dents allowed. No cracks at all. All features must still work properly.

4. Faulty
Device has cracks, major cosmetic damage, or functional issues (Face ID/Touch ID failure, camera problems, charging issues, mic/speaker faults, battery problems). Also includes devices that do not power on. Further infomation will be requested one fourm filled.
