IN ADDITION TO THIS REGISTRATION FORM, PLEASE COMPLETE A VOLUNTEER APPLICATION – This is required if you have not volunteered with the Foodbank in the past 2 years. The form is available at www.templeisraelcanton.org/foodbank.
